Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery is free on every order 鈥?no minimum spend and no surprises at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking number. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery times
- NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: usually 2鈥? business days after dispatch
- SA, WA, TAS, NT: usually 4鈥? business days after dispatch
These are carrier estimates and can stretch during peak periods.
Returns and refunds
Tobacco products are a regulated category, so we cannot accept returns on opened or used goods. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund the affected items.
Age verification
You must be 18 or over to order. We may cancel and refund any order where we cannot confirm the buyer is of legal age.
