Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, to every state and territory.
How is a carton packed?
One carton contains 10 packs. Some lines are also available in 3, 5 or 10 carton bundles 鈥?choose the quantity on the product page.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source through established tobacco suppliers and every line is checked on arrival. Product photos on site are shown for identification only.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tobacco or vaping products from CiggyMate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment is being switched on now. In the meantime you can place an order with cash on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been packed yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Something is wrong with my order
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
